Sanjit’s love affair with property started way back at University where rather than waste his student loan, he was astute enough to use it to invest into property. Fast forward 20 years and Sanjit has acquired a substantial portfolio of his own, and now helps other investors secure above-average returns from property.

Having spent over 20 years in the property industry including time spent overseas, Sanjit is now regarded as an innovator in this industry and one of the most transparent people in property. Before founding Opulent, Sanjit enjoyed many successful years running other property companies in the City of London and in his spare time enjoys playing cricket and squash.
